PERFORMANCE VENUE BOX OFFICES
(tent in Plaça de Catalunya, Sala Ramon Romagosa, Sala Padró and L'Auditori de Cornellà).
These ticket offices will be open on the day of the show, provided there are tickets left for sale. The ticket offices will open at least 90 minutes before the show's start time.
In these spaces you can pay in cash and by credit card.
DISCOUNTS ON THE PURCHASE OF LOCATIONS
(for all shows except those at L'Auditori de Cornellà and school shows).
A discount of 10% is established on the price of tickets for advance sale (online).
Another 10% discount is added to the price of tickets for advance sale (online) with the presentation of the following cards: Youth Card, +25 Card, Student Card, Barcelona Provincial Council Library Network Card, Language Volunteer Card, Pink Card, Over 65s Card, Card of the Association of Circus Professionals of Catalonia (APCC) and other groups and collectives with which agreements and conventions are established (1 card per ticket). In this case, the card must be physically presented upon entry to the show. Failure to physically present the card will result in the denial of access without a refund of the amount paid due to fraudulent use of the tickets.

CONDITIONS OF SALE OF THE LOCATIONS
The Festival organization does not guarantee the authenticity of the ticket if it has not been purchased at the official points of sale. If, due to force majeure, the place, day or start time scheduled for a show should be changed, the ticket will continue to be valid for the new location, day and time. In any case, you may opt for a refund. In the event of a show being suspended, the Festival undertakes to refund the ticket price from the two days following the date of suspension and up to one month from the date of suspension.
OBSERVATIONS
Tickets for the shows for schools in the Festival Tent in Plaça de Catalunya are not sold through the services established by the Festival, they are exclusive to schools that have made the request through the corresponding channels. These tickets have a special price for schools, without discount.
ACCESSIBILITY
In the following shows we will have:
- Opening Gala: sign language interpretation
- Charity gala: audio description
- At all the galas: magnetic loop
All rooms have toilets adapted for people with reduced mobility.
